Designed and built for retailers by retailers, Stall Square is your data and demographic research tool that connects your brand with our database of shopping malls. The tool is designed to assist retailers and brands with network planning and new store rollouts.
With the redesign of Stall Square we really wanted user’s to get their ideal results easily. We wanted to put the power of a Data Scientist in their hands, ultimately giving them freedom to explore various areas and demographics at the click of a button. Making Stall Square a more cost and time effective solution.
A highly complex and data driven app. Everything had to be approached strategically and validated by data – which is right up my alley. Success on this project meant, that I needed to truly understand each of the persona’s in the Stall Square’s target audience. Utilising user research, interviews, iterative testing and A/B testing, to make sure that the user’s input aligned with their expected output.
Using data collected I could create a strategic proposal of how we get user’s to come back to the platform and make it a part of their research process.
