Being one of South Africa’s premium brands. @home was having a lot of trouble with their gift registry. Their users were finding it incredibly difficult to setup, add on and receive gifts from their gift register.
We started with research to truly understand the problem and to design a viable solution. From interviewing couples that dealt with @home’s gift registry in the past and to setting one up ourselves. We analyzed each touch point, to make sure our experience is omni-channel and seamless.
Each decision in the process was validated by data and tested to make sure we hit the nail on the head. Our solution solves current friction points and allows @home to scale their business in this space to other areas they were working on.
